Qualifications: •You have at least 5+ years of experience in digital product management, digital workplace management, or IT product ownership. •You have a track record of establishing product visions, maintaining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and executing cross-functional tech deployments. •You have proven ability to translate complex operational needs into practical, intuitive technical workflows. •You have strong stakeholder management and change management skills with experience designing training and adoption strategies. •You have experience supporting distributed organizations with complex multi-site operational structures. •You have advanced experience managing enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, workflow automation tools like Monday.com). •You have demonstrated experience optimizing digital tools specifically for mobile, frontline, or decentralized workforces. •You have experience in non-profit, workforce development, human services, healthcare, or mission-driven environments. •You have familiarity with reentry or social services operational environments. •You have experience with low-code/no-code workflow automation tools or intranet/knowledge management design.
