Required Skills: •Own a defined book of business, achieving revenue retention and growth goals through account planning, product expansion, and strategic collaboration with clients. •Engage in a consultative manner with executive stakeholders to align digital strategy with business outcomes. •Conduct quarterly business reviews (onsite when needed) to analyze results, identify opportunities, and strengthen multi-product adoption. •Educate clients on the business impact of Candescent’s digital banking products and services. •Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and recommendations that drive revenue and adoption. •Negotiate renewals, products, and services while maintaining high client satisfaction and contractual continuity. •Partner cross-functionally with internal Candescent teams (sales, marketing, product, and implementation) to ensure smooth delivery and client success. •Stay informed of industry trends and represent Candescent at trade shows, conferences, and client events.
