Required Skills: •We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our QA team supporting Client Digital applications. This individual will support quality assurance efforts across initiatives and ongoing application enhancements, partnering closely with Developers, Solutions Engineers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality client-facing digital solutions. •Develop, execute, maintain, and troubleshoot automated tests for Client Digital web, mobile, and API-based applications. •Design and execute SQL queries to validate data, calculations, and system integrations. •Analyze requirements and user stories to identify test scenarios and opportunities for automation. •Partner with Solutions Engineers, Developers, and QA Engineers to clarify requirements, identify gaps, and ensure appropriate functional and business scenario coverage. •Build and maintain automated regression coverage for critical Client Digital functionality and client workflows. •Work within established test automation frameworks and contribute reusable automation components and improvements. •Investigate automated test failures to identify application, test data, environment, or automation issues and work with appropriate team members toward resolution. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant experience. •Quality Assurance and software testing experience with hands-on experience developing and executing automated tests. •Strong SQL and database testing skills, including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries. •Solid understanding of software testing principles, test design, and the software development lifecycle. •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. •Strong organizational, prioritization, verbal, and written communication skills.
