Required Skills: •Perform duties with supervision (as needed), prioritize workload, solve basic to moderately complex problems and resolve issues, and perform numerous tasks simultaneously. •Ensure the area is clean and orderly. •Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Health & •Safety standards and department policies/procedures in the performance of all duties. •Perform scanning of slides for generation of whole slide images (WSIs). •Coordinate and document slide/specimen shipment/transfer to and from pathologists. •Use and maintain instrumentation and equipment. •Perform basic troubleshooting with technical support for all instrumentation and equipment. Qualifications: •The pay for this position is $20-$21/hr.
