Required Skills: •Location preference for this role is for Hybrid work near a Rocketdyne site (Redmond, WA/Canoga Park, CA/Mason, OH/Jupiter, FL). Remote arrangement will also be considered. •Serve as Rocketdyne's digital engagement lead, establishing channel strategy, standards, governance, and performance goals across the company's web and social presence. •Lead strategy and day-to-day management of Rocketdyne.com and corporate social media channels. •Manage the digital editorial calendar for enterprise priorities, events, and campaigns. •Write, edit, and publish web and social content; coordinate reviews and public-release approvals. •Track digital KPIs and analytics; report insights and optimize reach, engagement, and audience growth. •Manage CMS updates, landing pages, SEO, accessibility, links, and content freshness. •Monitor social conversations; identify trends, opportunities, and issues for response or escalation. Qualifications: •Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical content for digital audiences. •Demonstrated ability to develop digital content strategies and translate enterprise priorities into channel-specific plans and campaigns. •Professional working proficiency in photography and videography, including camera operation, lighting, audio, interviews, and post-production. •Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, or comparable professional photo and video editing tools. •Portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns or content and representative professional photography and videography work. •Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage concurrent campaigns, vendors, schedules, and competing priorities. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple deliverables independently and collaborate effectively across functions and locations. •Demonstrated capacity to work safely in manufacturing and test environments where PPE, production equipment, and work at heights may be required. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
