Required Skills: •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analysis, or a related field. •Minimum of 7 years of experience in PMIS administration, business process management, or digital delivery. •Strong requirements-gathering, business analysis, and process-mapping skills •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a NACI/Top Secret security clearance to satisfy project-specific site access and badging requirements •CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or equivalent professional certification preferred. •Operational familiarity with Primavera P6, BIM, GIS, Power BI, and/or COBie preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain the required security clearance and/or site access credentials. •Lead business process analysis and develop effective digital solutions.
