Required Skills: •5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role. •Applied hands-on capability in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery. •Drive requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities. •Develop functional setups, run data loads, and support integration testing. •Partner with clients to design future-state business process and functional solution design. •Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training. •Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions. •Supervise junior staff, directing day-to-day execution and coaching/developing their consulting and technical skills. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience. •Solid understanding of finance processes (general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management). •Effective oral and written communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision. •A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies. •Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset. •Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams. •Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus. •Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus. •Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
