Required Skills: •Extensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience of Grants Management in Oracle Cloud to support post-award research administration. •Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs. •Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support. •Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, reports, and Oracle AI solutions. •Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience. •Expertise in post-award research administration, preferably in higher education. •Demonstrated capacity to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking. •Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions. •Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration. •The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions. •Oracle certifications are a plus. •Oracle VBS and AI Agent Studio experience is a plus. •Oracle Labor Distribution experience is a plus. •Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
