Required Skills: •Through technical expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this position helps reduce institutional risk while supporting equitable access to instructional content, digital services, and technology solutions across TSTC. •Hiring Range is $57,542.40 - $63,296.64 USD Annual. •The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. •Equivalent combination of education, training and relevant professional experience will be considered. •Employee will demonstrate TSTC's Core Values of Excellence, Accountability, Service, and Integrity with internal and external stakeholders, customers, students, and community members. •Technology Evaluation & Procurement Support •Training & Professional Development Qualifications: •Four years of experience supporting digital accessibility, instructional technology, educational technology, web accessibility, accessibility compliance, or a related technical function. •Three years of experience conducting accessibility evaluations and developing remediation strategies for digital content, instructional technologies, enterprise software, or websites. •IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS), or other recognized accessibility certification. •Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, except in cases where a specific degree is required to meet accreditation standards, licensure requirements, or other legislative or regulatory obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, certain faculty positions and staff roles governed by state or federal educational mandates. •Demonstrated capacity to conduct manual and automated accessibility evaluations using industry-standard accessibility testing tools. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret and apply ADA Title II, Section 508, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and institutional accessibility standards to digital learning environments and enterprise technologies. •Demonstrated capacity to provide technical consultation and develop remediation strategies for digital accessibility barriers. •Demonstrated capacity to evaluate third-party software, digital platforms, instructional technologies, and enterprise applications for accessibility compliance. •Demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver technical training related to digital accessibility, assistive technologies, and Universal Design for Learning. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex technical information clearly through written, verbal, and presentation formats to technical and non-technical audiences.
