Required Skills: •Reliability & Availability: Ensure all systems meet business and customer needs for high uptime, robust performance, and consistent service delivery. •Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Write modular, version-controlled infrastructure configurations (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Terraform) to build scalable, secure on prem or cloud environments. •Observability & Performance Management: Design, monitor, and manage application performance and service quality to proactively catch system anomalies. •Production Troubleshooting: Lead initial troubleshooting, identify root causes, and resolve complex issues to maintain and improve service health. •Modern Software Lifecycle & Process Automation •SDLC Optimization: Streamline the software development lifecycle by identifying developer pain points and eliminating productivity barriers. •Cross-Functional Automation: Partner with development, operations, QA, and security teams to automate workflows and reduce manual operations. •Collaborative Incident Response: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production failures.
