Required Skills: •Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, and workstations (both physical and virtual) to end users. •Troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures, operating system issues, application errors, and connectivity problems. •Perform workstation imaging, deployments, upgrades, and patching using enterprise tools such as SCCM. •Maintain secure and compliant workstation configurations, following security best practices. •Manage user permissions and workstation access using Active Directory fundamentals. •Respond to service requests and incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution. •Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures for knowledge sharing. •Support and maintain peripherals and related workstation technologies.
