This includes monitoring the problem queue and responding to triaged Break / Fix incidents for Desktops, , Laptops, Tablets, Printers, Mobile Devices, etc. and fully documenting response and resolution in order to close tickets. •Plan, coordinate, and complete Relocations, Adds, and Changes Across the Enterprise •Leverage desktop management tools and applications to enable effective and efficient support. This includes including remote control software (i.e., Bomgar), software distribution (i.e., Symantec Altiris), asset management (i.e., Barcode Essentials), and virus protection services (i.e., McAfee) •Provide support to end user by diagnosing root cause, providing troubleshooting expertise, determining options for resolution, and resolving issues. In the event that issue resolution cannot be achieved, it becomes the Desktop Support Analyst’s responsibility to escalate the issue to the Desktop Engineer for Tier III support.
