We are hiring immediately for a Deskside Support Specialist for our Orlando, FL office that will also support our Melbourne, FL office. •Ensure that all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues, are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved. •Monitor tickets & workflows and in accordance with team’s SLAs. •Create documentation where documentation is absent. •Troubleshoots Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Support. •Utilize remote user support tools to provide support. •Provide M/S applications support. •Perform (advanced) Windows 11, and MAC OS troubleshooting. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience supporting Windows 11, MAC OS, iOS, Android, Office 2016 and M365 suite, Active Directory Administration, Citrix and Virtual PC environments or a combination of. •Demonstrated capacity to be on call on a rotational basis. •Demonstrated capacity to travel to Melbourne, FL and occasionally Tampa, FL •These Qualifications Would Be Amazing •Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field. •Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance, or willing and able to obtain a clearance. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
