Required Skills: •Design and develop vehicle electrical wiring harnesses, connectors, and distribution systems to meet system requirements and industry standards. •Create detailed 2D and 3D EDS designs using tools like CATIA, Siemens NX, or equivalent software. •Develop and maintain wiring schematics, routing layouts, and BOMs (Bill of Materials). •Ensure compliance with electrical standards (e.g., ISO, SAE) and safety regulations. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineering, to seamlessly integrate EDS components. •Perform tolerance analysis, routing feasibility studies, and virtual/physical mockups. •Lead the validation and testing of electrical systems, including DV/PV testing and troubleshooting. •Interface with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components and adherence to specifications.
