Required Skills: •Design and develop mechanical components, parts, and assemblies using SolidWorks. •Create detailed 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation. •Perform tolerance stack-ups, fit and clearance analysis, and basic design calculations. •Design components for manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, and cost optimization. •Review and modify existing designs to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability. •Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, tooling, quality, materials, and analysis teams throughout the product development process. •Support prototype development, testing, validation, and production release. •Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues related to mechanical components.
