Required Skills: •This position requires demonstrated experience leading enterprise scale, multi year programs, preferably within national security or federal law enforcement missions. •Your future duties and responsibilities •Executive Program Leadership •Serve as the senior deputy to the Program Director, leading daily operational and strategic execution across all functional areas. •Provide leadership oversight for multi disciplinary teams operating across Huntsville and Quantico. •Direct program governance structures, executive reporting, decision management, and contract compliance. •Align activities across migration, DevSecOps, systems engineering, data operations, and O&M workstreams. •Drive cross team synchronization, risk management, and operational readiness for major delivery milestones.
