Required Skills: •We’re looking for a Deployment Strategist to lead Charta’s customer engagements end-to-end, from early discovery through successful deployment. You’ll be the connective tissue between our customers, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring every implementation not only solves real problems but delivers lasting product value. •This is a high-trust, high-impact role on a team that thrives on ownership. You’ll be translating complex customer needs into scalable, repeatable outcomes — helping to shape both our product and our customer experience as we grow. •Design, build and manage Enterprise-quality AI solutions in collaboration with customers. •Lead technical discovery during sales, guiding feasibility conversations, scoping integrations, and setting realistic expectations around what Charta can (and can’t) do. •Understand workflows, set up integrations that map to real clinical and operational needs, and deliver high ROI for each customer. •Shape the product roadmap, working with Charta’s engineering and product teams to scope and implement new features essential to the success of your customers. •You'd Be a Great Fit, If You •Operate like an owner.
