Required Skills: •This is what our Executive VP of Product has to say... watch this video •Execute installation, configuration, and deployment of Procede products, integrations, and updates in test and production environments and apply judgement to address environment-specific variations. •Configure and troubleshoot components such as IIS settings, authentication, bindings, data sources, application properties, and other deployment prerequisites outlined in Product documentation and determine appropriate diagnostic approaches based on issue type. •Validate deployment success through functional checks, log review, configuration verification, and communication with customer and internal teams. Independently determine when additional remediation steps are required. •Identify, document, and escalate issues and documentation inconsistencies using documented processes and recommend updates to templates or documentation when recurring gaps are identified. •Partner cross-functionally with team to resolve deployment-related technical challenges and provide insights that influence troubleshooting decisions for complex cases. •Deliver and release processed part, part pricing and service repair time data and files to internal and external customers, according to procedures and schedules. •Perform deployment tasks that may require work during non-standard hours, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate customer schedules, maintenance windows, or environment availability.
