Hiring: Deployment Manager Company: Cappo Search Location: San Francisco Bay Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-14 11:39:00 Employment Type: Hybrid About the job Required Skills: •Personally leading the most strategic and complex client engagements, from trial/POC through conversion and ongoing adoption. •Hiring, training, mentoring, and managing Deployment Consultants as the function scales. •Building and codifying a repeatable deployment methodology covering trials/POCs, onboarding, enablement, adoption, and expansion. •Owning trial/POC conversion, adoption, expansion, and retention metrics across the deployment portfolio. •Acting as the senior escalation point when engagements or client relationships become challenging. •Partnering closely with Sales to create a seamless handoff from prospecting and POCs into deployment. •Working with Product and Engineering to translate client use cases and feedback into product priorities and successful feature rollouts. •Identifying patterns across engagements and turning what works into scalable playbooks and processes.
