Qualifications: •Degree in CS, Engineering, or related STEM field (KOSEN / University degree or equivalent experience). •Background as a Software Engineer at major automakers/manufacturers OR background in Production Engineering and plant operations. •Demonstrated capacity to build light software/scripts and AI-assisted prototypes to test solutions. •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to discuss requirements with enterprise leadership and plant managers. •Japanese language skills (A major plus for interfacing with Japanese clients and expats). •New graduates are welcome if they have entrepreneurship experience or hands-on experience building with AI development tools.
