You’ll work directly with clinicians, health system leaders, commercial teams, and engineers to identify high-value problems and turn them into products, workflows, integrations, or partnerships that drive adoption and commercial outcomes. •You might go deep on an EMR workflow, design a new solution for a complex enterprise customer, or identify a strategic opportunity that creates a new commercial wedge for Heidi. In every case, we expect you to get close to the problem, move quickly, and connect what you build to measurable customer and business value. •You’ll be embedded with health systems across the Americas and will spend meaningful time with customers in their environments.
