Recommend and authorize expenditures associated with demonstration activities, transportation, support services, equipment preparation, field testing, and training events within the Knoxville Plantation and Demo fleet. •Strategic Prioritization: Determine the level of company resources committed to customer demonstrations, events, and sales initiatives based on business impact, sales potential, and organizational priorities. •Data-Driven Recommendations: Design and maintain utilization and ROI reporting and use the analysis to independently recommend changes to fleet size, mix, and investment to leadership. •Conflict Resolution: Resolve competing business priorities involving equipment availability, transportation capacity, support personnel, and scheduling constraints through independent analysis and decision-making. •Program Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of demo fleet operations, utilization, training activities, and sales collateral and develop recommendations that improve productivity, resource utilization, and business results. •Leadership Influence: Serve as subject matter expert for demo fleet operations and provide guidance and recommendations to sales representatives, managers, product support personnel, and company leadership regarding equipment deployment strategies and execution.
