Required Skills: •Own end-to-end demand forecasting across products, regions, and customer segments using statistical, causal, and judgmental forecasting methods. •Design, build, and continuously improve forecasting models, challenging curiously to enhance their effectiveness by leveraging historical data, market trends, and sales inputs. •Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, financial, and product plans. •Simplify complex data by transforming it into clear insights, foresight, and executive-level narratives to support strategic decision-making. •Proactively collaborate and ensure alignment with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Operations to achieve shared objectives. •Focus on the details by defining, tracking, and owning key performance indicators related to demand planning, forecast accuracy, bias, and planning effectiveness. •Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations and dashboards to support planning and business reviews. •Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, planning tools, and process maturity.
