Required Skills: •Work individually or as part of a team to lead project execution on client engagements. •Manage full project deployments from discovery and planning through cutover, hypercare, and post-cutover support. •Lead M365 and infrastructure projects valued at more than $250,000. •Manage projects such as SharePoint migrations, Exchange migrations, Modern Desktop deployments, virtual desktop infrastructure initiatives, M365 Purview projects, and cloud or data center projects. •Utilize proven tools and techniques to execute deliverables aligned with clients’ business objectives. •Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and approved budgets. •Deliver projects in a government contracting, defense industrial base, or otherwise regulated environment. •Coordinate and plan technical remediation work with IT and security engineers across identity, network, endpoint, logging, and cloud domains, and to evaluate whether a control is genuinely implemented. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree •Demonstrated knowledge of CUI, ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFARS, and other government contracting terminology •Operational familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 and the CMMC Level 2 assessment process, including system security plans, plans of action and milestones, scoping, and evidence collection. •Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •Strong project, time, risk, and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work directly with clients and effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. •Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Willingness to travel up to 25% •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. •PMP or another relevant project management certification.
