The position being filled is located at the Harbinger Processing Center (HPC) in Sturgis, Michigan. •The mission of this role is to ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination across all stakeholders to drive on-time, quality deliveries. Equally important is the ability to anticipate risks, identify potential issues early, and communicate them effectively to enable timely mitigation and prevent significant operational disruptions. •Step Van priorities are accurate and clearly communicated to the HPC team to ensure on time deliveries to customers and dealers. Priorities are driven by the sales team. A close working relationship with the sales team is a must. •Chassis priorities are accurate and clearly communicated to the HPC team to ensure on time deliveries to the upfitters. Prioritization is processed by Upfitter build start date. •Generate a weekly report comparing What was Supposed to Ship vs. What was Actually Shipped. •Required parts and materials are available to support all planned rework activities. •Quality systems accurately document, track, and verify completion of all rework actions. •Engineering is engaged when rework cannot be completed as specified, and appropriate deviations or alternative dispositions are evaluated, documented, and approved.
