Hiring: Delivery Material Handler Company: Gulfeagle Supply Location: Flagstaff, AZ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 14:53:56 About the job Required Skills: •Lead and oversee loading or assisting in loading and securing materials on trucks daily. •Assists in verifying the quantities of materials for accuracy. •Assists driver in locating the job site. •Spot driver when backing up into a job site. •Direct driver in placement of the conveyor. •Unload or assists in unloading materials by using forklift crane, conveyor and/or by hand. (May require walking varying distances based on job site conditions.) •Lead and oversee climbing up to a 40-foot ladder to deliver materials on a pitch of up to an 8/12 roof. •Ensure proper stacking and distribution in the placement of materials on the roof. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to understand and carry out oral and written directions. •Demonstrated capacity to bend, reach, lift, and climb •Must lift up to 100 pounds of material continually for up to two hours at a time. •Demonstrated capacity to work on multi-story buildings at various heights. •Demonstrated capacity to work in hot, cold, rain, or shine. •Requires a high degree of attention to ensure proper delivery while preventing damage to materials and equipment. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain loyalty to Gulfeagle Supply •Demonstrated capacity to interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner. Tact and diplomacy required in dealing with customer personnel at delivery points. •Demonstrated capacity to handle all functions of the job in a safe manner. •Must pass substance abuse screening; employees are subject to random substance abuse screening under company policy.
