Required Skills: •Delivery Leadership •Own end-to-end delivery of CIS engagements, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met or exceeded. •Lead multi-tower programs spanning Hybrid Cloud, Data Center Operations, Network, End-User Computing, and Service Management. •Govern delivery health through structured MBRs, QBRs, risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Drive adoption of automation, AIOps, and Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions •Partner with the Account Executive and Sales team to identify, qualify, and convert organic growth opportunities. •Build a rolling pipeline of CIS opportunities — including cloud migration, DC exit, modernization, observability, and managed services deals. •Lead solutioning for RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with Pre-Sales, Practice, and Partner teams (AWS, Azure, GCP, ServiceNow).
