Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree required. •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. •ARGUS Enterprise experience is highly preferred. •Client-facing or investor-facing experience is a plus. •In-depth knowledge of real estate fundamentals and investment performance metrics. •Demonstrated capacity to build financial models from the ground up and interpret complex investment structures. •Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities. •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information effectively. •Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
