Hiring: Deal Strategy Associate Company: Nasdaq Location: New York, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:26:26 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Accessibility, Capital Markets, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Project Management, Salesforce About the job Experience: •3+ years working in a corporate environment (preferably banking, consulting, or financial communications) Required Skills: •Partner closely with Managing Directors and senior executives to drive client engagement initiatives and project management activities •Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams •Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business development initiatives that support growth objectives and strengthen client relationships •Conduct in-depth industry, market, and competitive research to identify emerging trends, evaluate opportunities, and deliver actionable strategic insights to senior leadership •Develop compelling, executive-level presentations, analyses, and communication materials for internal leadership, clients, and prospective issuers. •Lead in client-facing settings by hosting listed companies and prospective clients at MarketSite, participating in industry conferences and webinars, and supporting business development and discovery meetings Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree •Excellent communication skills, written and verbal •Strong multi-tasking skills: able to prioritize as multiple projects arise •Extremely organized, detail oriented, and discreet (will have access to privileged, non-public information) •Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and C-suite executives on a frequent basis •Expertise in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Photoshop required •Salesforce, Monday.com, Pitchbook, and DealBook •Knowledge of the Financial and Capital Markets •Demonstrated proficiency writing in a relevant corporate capacity •This position will be located in New York City and is a full-time in-office role ( Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
