Required Skills: •Own end-to-end technical configuration of Dayforce Payroll, Timekeeping, and Scheduling modules, including pay rules, work rules, schedule rules, accrual policies, entitlement rules, and calculation configurations. •Own the technical roadmap for Dayforce — module adoption, process optimization, automation, release adoption, and retirement of legacy tools or manual processes. •Design and maintain scalable configuration for workflows, security roles, pay and time policies, organizational structures, approval chains, and earnings/deductions — favoring standard capabilities over unnecessary customization. •Lead design, build, and maintenance of integrations between Dayforce and upstream/downstream systems (HRIS, GL/Finance, banking, tax, benefits carriers, time clocks, recruiting/ATS, and data warehouse/BI platforms) using Dayforce Integration Hub, APIs, SFTP, and middleware tools. •Define mappings, file/API specifications, authentication, encryption, scheduling, reconciliation, and monitoring for all owned integrations. •Where applicable, own integration and reconciliation between Workday (e.g., Workday HCM) and Dayforce Payroll/Timekeeping, including data mapping and dual-platform support. •Lead data conversion, data-quality, and reconciliation activities for implementations, acquisitions, divestitures, and new module deployments. •Support, Troubleshooting & Operations Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, business, finance, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. •In-depth knowledge of Dayforce's underlying architecture: pay groups, work assignments, pay policies, and the scheduling/timekeeping engine. •Solid functional working knowledge of Workday (HCM, Payroll, or Time Tracking modules) — integration experience between Workday and Dayforce is highly valued. •Demonstrated ability to translate functional/business requirements into technical configuration, integration design, and implementation plans. •Solid understanding of payroll compliance concepts (FLSA, multi-state/multi-jurisdiction tax, union rules) as they relate to system configuration. •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; comfortable working directly with data (SQL or similar a plus). •Dayforce certification(s) in Payroll, WFM, or Implementation. •Background supporting a large, multi-entity, multi-state, or union workforce. •Operational familiarity with middleware/iPaaS tools (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft) for integration orchestration. •Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or enterprise architecture practices.
