Required Skills: •Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and own the product execution for AI-enabled edge MPUs, aligning with market trends and customer needs. •Product Ownership: Translate market problems into clear Product Requirements Documents, feature specs, and phased roadmaps; make data-driven trade-offs across silicon area, power, performance, and BOM. •Technical Influence: Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions and innovations for heterogeneous compute, AI acceleration, real-time processing, security, and connectivity. •Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, go-to-market, sales, applications, operations) throughout the product lifecycle ensuring alignment and successful execution. •Market Leadership: Develop competitive positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies to win in relevant segments. •Business Impact: Build data-driven business cases and pricing strategies that deliver revenue growth and market share. •Lifecycle Ownership: Lead products from concept through launch, adoption, and sustained success. •Technology Evangelist: Represent NXP at industry events, engage key customers, and create impactful technical content. Qualifications: •BS in Computer Science, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (MS/MBA a plus). •Demonstrated ability to turn customer requirements into actionable specs for hardware, software, and systems teams. •In-depth knowledge of heterogeneous compute architectures (CPU/GPU/NPU/DSP), memory systems, and interconnects. •Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts, algorithms, frameworks, and toolchains. •Operational familiarity with edge AI applications, including computer vision, natural language processing, and sensor fusion in embedded systems. •Solid functional working knowledge of Arm cores, PCIe, and Ethernet. •Proficiency in market analysis, competitive analysis, and business case development. •Demonstrated capacity to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling product messaging. •Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industry.
