This role ensures the availability, integrity, performance, and recoverability of data systems supporting mission-critical operations across distributed and wide area network environments. •Responsible for advanced troubleshooting, system updates, replication strategies, data recovery, and storage optimization, while providing technical recommendations to support system upgrades and project integrations in compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community standards. •Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise database and storage solutions supporting DIA mission systems •Provide Tier 3 support for database, storage, and network storage appliances •Install system patches and perform database and storage platform updates •Manage storage allocation, capacity planning, space utilization, and replication strategies •Analyze and resolve complex issues related to storage systems and network storage solutions Qualifications: •Vendor-specific database certifications •Storage or infrastructure certifications (NetApp, Dell EMC, VMware, or equivalent) •Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen.
