Qualifications: •Associate's degree or equivalent technical experience in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field. •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex operational problems using data. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for making factory operations more efficient through technology and data. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. •Basic proficiency in SQL and relational databases, and Python or similar scripting languages is a plus. •This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
