Required Skills: •Work Location: On-site, Arlington, VA •Develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to address program analytical challenges. •Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in complex datasets. •Partner cross-functionally with data engineers to access, prepare, and transform data for modeling and analysis. •Communicate model findings, limitations, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Implement MLOps practices to operationalize and monitor deployed models. •Design NLP models to support business operations. •Evaluate and recommend AI/ML tools, frameworks, and platforms for program use. Qualifications: •Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred. •Demonstrated expertise in: statistical analysis, machine learning, Python, data visualization, LLMs, predictive modeling. •Must be a U.S. Citizen. •Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.
