Required Skills: •The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Data Quality frameworks, rule definition, stewardship enablement, and enterprise data quality adoption, along with hands-on experience configuring data quality rules and driving product enhancements. Experience with Alation Data Quality is highly preferred. •Lead the enterprise Data Quality product roadmap and execution in partnership with Data Governance and Data Strategy leadership. •Define and implement enterprise Data Quality standards, policies, scorecards, best practices, KPIs, and monitoring processes. •Design, create, and maintain business and technical data quality rules across critical data domains. •Work closely with Business Data Stewards and Data Owners to identify Critical Data Elements (CDEs), define quality thresholds, and establish remediation workflows. •Drive enterprise adoption of Data Quality capabilities through training, coaching, communication, and change management initiatives. •Develop and deliver presentations for Data Stewards, Data Owners, and business users on Data Quality best practices and governance processes. •Partner with Technology, Engineering, and Platform teams to prioritize, configure, test, and implement Data Quality requirements into technical capabilities, features, enhancements, and integrations within the product backlog. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field. •Strong communications skillset and confidence interacting with stakeholders as a Data Quality Subject Matter Expert •Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise Data Quality frameworks. •Implementation of key Data Quality dimensions including Accuracy, Completeness, Consistency, Timeliness, Validity, and Uniqueness •Hands-on experience creating and configuring Data Quality rules and validations. •Proven experience driving enterprise adoption, stakeholder engagement, training, and organizational change management. •In-depth knowledge of metadata management, business glossary, data lineage, and Critical Data Elements (CDEs). •Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. •Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. •Applied hands-on capability in Alation Data Quality and the broader Alation platform.
