Hiring: Data Quality Analyst (Integration & Interoperability) Company: TALENT Software Services Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:23:33 Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Git, Integration Testing, Kafka, PySpark, Python, SQL, Spark About the job Experience: •Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of healthcare data exchanged via APIs, SFTP, and Kafka. Skills in SQL, data reconciliation, integration testing, root-cause analysis, FHIR/healthcare data, observability, monitoring, and Agile delivery required. Required Skills: •Takes a lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing more complex application enhancements, as well as providing general production support, meeting defined scope, target dates,s and budgets with minimal or no defects. •Utilizes and participates in the more complex full system development life cycle, per current Client SDLC standards. •Documentation Maintenance: Regularly updating mapping documentation to reflect changes in data sources, data structures, and data processes. Using a version control system (e.g., Git) to track changes and collaborate effectively. •Performs work in compliance with all Client and Client IT standards, policies, and procedures. •Actively takes a leading role and participates on project teams in various project roles, including, but not limited to, Developer, Technical Lead,d and Project Manager, based upon level of experience. •Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners, rs and management, including assisting with or conducting more complex technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions,ons and providing accurate and concise documentation. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field •1-3 years of experience as a data/software analyst •1-3 years of experience in Healthcare Data Engine technology. •Understanding of clinical data and healthcare data. •Comprehensive expertise in Spark and its core concepts.
