Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, along with at least 8 years of related experience. •Non-degree considered if 16+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED •Master’s degree is preferred. 10+ years of experience in data platform, data engineering, or related roles, with at least 4 years in leadership capacity. •Demonstrated success in building and operating enterprise-scale data platforms in Fabric / Azure for manufacturing or similar industries. •Cloud platform certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect). •Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance frameworks. Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement certifications. •A reasonable commute to the New Bremen, OH location is necessary. •Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
