Our team is currently hiring for a level K. •Team Leadership - Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team of data platform architects, data scientists, analytics/ML engineers, and BI analysts •Enterprise Data Platform Ownership - Serve as technical authority for the data platform systems •Process & Delivery Excellence - Implement modern DevSecOps for data: CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, architecture decision records, and runbooks •Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions •Roadmap - Support enterprise initiatives including Synapse, Purview, and related modernization programs •Compliance - Ensure solutions meet ITAR and internal compliance requirements Qualifications: •This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
