Required Skills: •Review, analyze, and translate customer and business requirements into TransUnion terminology and system-ready solutions. •Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and operational partners to support the implementation of custom data fulfillment solutions. •Analyze data, test results, and program outputs to ensure accuracy, integrity, and alignment with customer business needs throughout the program lifecycle. •Develop, configure, and execute design concepts, code standards, and test plans to validate batch fulfillment system setup and output. •Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve processing issues while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to required standards. •Partner cross-functionally with teams to translate process designs into repeatable system configurations while ensuring compliance with legal, business, and operational rules. •Maintain accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of programs in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. •Participate in identifying cost reduction opportunities, process efficiencies, and quality improvements that support department-level goals.
