Your work will contribute to the quality, scale, and effectiveness of intelligence delivered to Strider’s clients. •Identify, evaluate, validate, and integrate Chinese- and English-language data sources to improve data utilization and risk detection at scale. •Develop working knowledge of Strider’s data holdings, ontology, risk methodology, and AI agent architecture and apply that knowledge to intelligence production. •Evaluate AI-generated intelligence outputs for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and adherence to established methodologies and analytical standards. •Use AI-enabled tools to support research, data enrichment, analysis, and the development of new intelligence workflows and applications. •Identify opportunities to improve data sources, analytical methods, intelligence workflows, and product performance within established frameworks. •Partner cross-functionally with Intelligence, Engineering, and Product teams to support automation, product development, and scalable intelligence capabilities. •Support intelligence needs across the Platform Intelligence, Intelligence Advisory, and Strategic Global Intelligence teams while building broader expertise in Strider’s intelligence mission. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, data science, computer science, intelligence studies, Chinese language, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. •At least one year of experience in intelligence analysis, quality assurance, data evaluation, or a related analytical field. Relevant coursework, internships, or service experience may substitute for direct professional experience. •Chinese-language proficiency sufficient to research, evaluate, and interpret Chinese-language sources for intelligence analysis. •Foundational knowledge of PRC economic statecraft and the tactics, techniques, and procedures relevant to intelligence analysis and data accuracy. •Operational familiarity with structured analytic techniques and an ability to apply analytical frameworks consistently when evaluating information and AI-generated outputs. •Demonstrated capacity to evaluate detailed information against established methodologies, frameworks, or assessment criteria and clearly document findings. •Clear written communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences. •Intellectually ambitious, unafraid of ambiguity, and a desire to collaborate on something meaningful.
