Required Skills: •Develop a data quality roadmap to address customer data challenges. •Align on priorities with leadership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams. •Influence the implementation and adoption of systems and tools by working closely with internal systems teams. •Create an outsourcing strategy for ongoing data cleanup. •Manage contractors as part of the outsourcing strategy to scale data quality initiatives, reporting, processes, and analytics. •Define and measure success metrics. •Develop dashboards that highlight progress against the identified metrics. •Communicate progress to Stripe leadership and engage leaders to help influence decisions and remove blockers. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to take ownership of problems, investigate their root causes, and ensure execution. •Demonstrated capacity to work across multiple stakeholder groups and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate. •An enthusiastic, hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute as an individual contributor while leading a team. •Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex business problems. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment. •Proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools. •Proficiency in business intelligence and data-visualization tools. •Prior experience at a growth-stage internet or software company. •Prior experience in the SaaS or payments industry. •This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
