Required Skills: •The Data Engineer II will analyze business requirements, develop data pipelines and reporting datasets, and support the ongoing operation of enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. •This role operates in an agile delivery framework and balances project delivery, continuous improvement, and production support responsibilities while demonstrating a high degree of ownership and accountability. •Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support data solutions based on business requirements. •Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. •Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and transformation processes supporting reporting, analytics, operational, and regulatory needs. •Develop and support solutions using SQL Server, Snowflake, SAS, and related data technologies. •Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and process flows. •Support testing, implementation, and deployment activities. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in computer science, statistics or related field, or equivalent related work experience. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. •Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment using an agile approach while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines. •Operational familiarity with regulatory reporting (HMDA, CRA, FFIEC, TRID).
