Required Skills: •Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Databricks and SQL technologies. •Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes across healthcare systems and enterprise data sources. •Develop and support data warehouses, data marts, and analytical data models. •Create, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and database objects. •Develop and support SSIS packages and data integration workflows. •Utilize Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake technologies to process and transform large datasets. •Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and application teams to deliver effective data solutions. •Monitor data quality and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. •Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or a related technical role. •Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark. •Advanced SQL development skills, including query optimization and performance tuning. •Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and database performance tuning. •Healthcare industry experience working with claims, provider, member, clinical, or operational healthcare data. •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. •Knowledge of Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture. •Operational familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, and CPT.
