Required Skills: •We are seeking a Data Engineer to play a key role in modernizing and scaling our enterprise data platform. This individual will help build the foundation for a more mature, data-driven organization by partnering with implementation consultants and internal stakeholders to establish a modern cloud data ecosystem. •This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys building data infrastructure, improving data quality, and creating scalable processes in a growing organization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable working in an environment where data practices, governance, and architecture are still evolving. •The organization is currently implementing a modern data stack centered around Snowflake, with a focus on creating a trusted, scalable platform that supports analytics, reporting, and future AI initiatives. •Partner with internal teams and external consultants to implement and optimize a modern data platform. •Build, maintain, and enhance data pipelines to ingest data from multiple business systems. •Design and develop scalable ELT/ETL processes using modern cloud technologies. •Create and maintain dbt models, transformations, and documentation. •Actively facilitate and support implementation and long-term administration of Snowflake. Qualifications: •Hands-on experience designing and building data pipelines in modern cloud environments. •Strong experience with dbt and data transformation frameworks. •Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture principles. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Strong collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. •Exposure to Medallion Architecture or similar layered data design approaches.
