Qualifications: •Computer Hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling) •Demonstrated capacity to regularly transport and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. •Demonstrated capacity to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods to perform diagnostic and repair tasks. •Demonstrated capacity to maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces, such as under-floor areas or on ladders, to access server racks. •Demonstrated capacity to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, such as handling small hardware components and cables. •Availability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 environment, including participating in a rotating on-call shift. •Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. •Must be able to prioritize tasks and react quickly to issues. •Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled data center.
