Required Skills: •Must be willing to travel 95% of the time including weekends and after-hours •Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion. •Oversee installation subcontractors and Controls Technicians during commissioning. •Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address concerns and manage expectations. •Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. •Obtain, organize, and maintain all project contract documents. •Review and approve engineering submittals and technical drawings before handoff. •Track and manage change orders, purchase orders, and project expenses to maintain budget adherence.
