Required Skills: •Develop and document high-performance, scalable network solutions tailored for AI workloads, ensuring multi-platform operability across on-premises data centers, cloud environments, and virtualized systems. •Design a forward-looking network topology strategy that incorporates emerging technologies and trends in AI and high-performance computing. •Partner cross-functionally with physical design and facilities teams to optimize network infrastructure for space, power, cooling, and cabling management. •Configure and manage high-performance networking equipment, including switches, routers, and network interconnects optimized for AI and HPC workloads. •Ensure seamless integration with cloud networking solutions and virtualization platforms. •Ensure network architectures meet stringent security standards for AI and HPC environments; implement robust security policies and disaster recovery plans. •Monitor and optimize network performance for AI workloads; resolve complex network issues; lead disaster recovery efforts. •Maintain comprehensive network documentation; mentor and train junior engineers on best practices for AI-centric network design. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. •Proficient in advanced networking protocols and technologies that support AI and HPC workloads. •Knowledge of data center design principles, including power, cooling, and cabling management. •Certifications in networking (e.g. ACE, JCNIE, CCIE) or data center design are preferred.
