Required Skills: •In This Role, You Will •Lead a team of data center technicians in daily operations, including server maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting. •Develop and implement best practices for data center operations to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime. •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and ensure seamless service delivery. •Perform regular inspections and audits of data center equipment to maintain optimal performance and reliability. •Respond to and resolve technical issues and emergencies promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. •Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge of data center operations. •Partner cross-functionally with management to develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve data center performance and scalability.
