Required Skills: •Database Engineer 3 – Data Analytics & Reporting (Contingent) •18 Months (Potential Extension or Conversion) •Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and data visualizations. •Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, BI platforms, spreadsheets, and manual data repositories. •Build and maintain data models, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions supporting product transformation initiatives. •Analyze Agile, engineering, and product delivery metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. •Create executive-level reporting that can be directly leveraged in leadership presentations and strategic reviews. •Interface directly with REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, JSON/XML, ETL/ELT processes, webhooks, JDBC/ODBC connections, and event-driven data sources. Qualifications: •Strong expertise in Power BI, including executive-level dashboards, scorecards, KPI visualization, and data storytelling. •Demonstrated capacity to synthesize complex datasets into actionable business insights and executive-ready narratives. •Prior Wells Fargo experience in analytics, reporting, or data transformation initiatives. •Tableau development and administration experience. •Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, engineering metrics, and product transformation initiatives.
