(Expertise in banking and financial services preferable) Required Skills: •Data Analytics Engineer –Finance & Accounting Analytics •Develop, maintain, and enhance financial data assets supporting financial and regulatory analysis. •Design, develop, and support data processes to acquire, transform, validate, and load data from multiple source systems. •Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service business intelligence solutions using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. •Partner with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into data and reporting solutions. •Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and regulatory data. •Document business rules, data lineage, technical specifications, and operational procedures in accordance with enterprise governance standards. •Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance data quality controls. Qualifications: •Requires a Bachelors’ degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other technical discipline and 2+ years’ experience in data analytics. (Expertise in banking and financial services preferable) •Requires strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. •Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaborate with others at all levels of technical understanding. •Strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. •Must be able to meet deadlines. •Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Hybrid •What makes First Tech different?
